Bonnie Murthy

Bonnie runs Vegan Wares, an ethical footwear manufacturer and retailer. With a strong focus on ethics and quality in production, Bonnie has managed manufacturing in-house in Melbourne, as well as outsourced to India. After 23 years of growing in a niche market, Vegan Wares is closing its flagstaff store and transitioning online, whilst continuing to support local production, retaining customers and growing business in a market that’s rapidly growing out of its niche into the mainstream. She hopes to help create a shift towards a conscientious and compassionate consumerism.
