David Bissett

David Bissett is a Partner at Crimson & Co ANZ, a global management consultancy in end-to-end supply chain. He has a C-suite level experience with ASX 200 companies in retail, wholesale and services. His expertise includes supply chain, commercial and retail operations transformation, with IT, customer proposition, digital marketing and e-commerce skills. His previous experience involved working with Greencross Ltd, Coles Myer and PwC.

As a specialty retailer, he worked on in-house supply chain capabilities for a national 200+ store retail and 150+ veterinary clinic practice network, including full logistics operations in all major markets. He also led the supply chain systems for the development and delivery of eight new food/liquor DCs. As a consultant, he developed the supply chain and fulfilment strategies for the Coles Group, Cadbury Schweppes, Dairy Farmers and Sanitarium Health Foods companies
