Ben Franzi

As the General Manager for Parcel & Express Services and Intermediaries, Ben Franzi is responsible for providing world class parcel services to our local and international customers as well as eCommerce solutions and marketplaces.

Ben has extensive experience in executive finance, operational, product management and strategy roles; he successfully guided the strategy direction for parcels and freight services of Australia Post as it shifted from a mail service to an eCommerce service provider.

Ben’s significant expertise in the eCommerce industry has helped shape Australia Post’s suite of services to deliver merchants and receivers an outstanding customer experience, connecting Australian businesses and consumers to global marketplaces. Ben leads a team that creates data and insights to help businesses maintain a competitive advantage.
