Dr. Joel Spencer

Dr. Joel Spencer is CEO and co-founder of The Institute for Drone Technology and iLearnDrones. He has almost eighteen years’ experience in education and training and has worked across a wide variety of industry sectors implementing training programs for individuals and in workplaces. Joel is a passionate believer in the capabilities of new technologies, his PhD looked at the relationship between government policy, business strategy and IT.

Joel’s daily role is to manage and grow the Institute through providing quality training services, as well as establishing alliance partner networks to help businesses and other organisations integrate drone technology in a safe and effective manner.
