ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this Service Manager position is responsible for liaising with the manufacture and focusing on exceptional Customer Service delivery. Quality is No.1 for this department. You will lead from the front and driving the back-end through the Workshop Controller. This role will focus on productivity, innovation and efficiency, to drive the department to new targets.
You will bring a new energy and outward enthusiasm, and will inspire your team with new ideas and progressive management approaches.

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

  • Taking the lead on the customer journey, to actively stage your presence as the department leader
  • Compliance Management, ensuring Manufacturer Standards are met and exceeded
  • Managing escalations and ensuring customer service is to the highest standard
  • Utilising ERA DMS proficiently and accurately
  • Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders where required
  • Manage department P&L, metric target achievement and workshop output
  • Work with manufactures on implementing business objectives
