Robert Kinkade specialises in helping large and early stage growth organisations accelerate customer experience and digital transformation. Robert previously led EY’s Digital Operations Practice across Asia Pacific; and led Accenture’s Digital Customer Practice for Australia and New Zealand. He also has hands-on tech startup experience having worked in and with multiple startup firms, and is an active startup mentor and coach.
Robert has worked across retail, consumer goods, travel, automotive, financial services, insurance, media, government and other sectors. He has been recognised as one of the top omni-channel customer experience leaders in Australia by helping senior executive teams develop winning strategies and transformations to embrace the changing consumer and tech landscape – moving from being digitally disrupted to disruptor. In addition to working with clients and building CX360’s innovative approach to CX transformation, Robert is passionate about driving business agenda change and is a regular author of thought leadership, media commentator and conference chair
Robert’s career began at leading customer-centric retailer Nordstrom, starting on the sales floor while at university and progressing to senior management leading various initiatives related to the ground-breaking ‘Project Oxygen’ and integrating e-commerce with the store customer experience.
